We need to know more information to help with the error.
What operating system is this being installed on?
Where does this error appear? (Is it the download manager, after clicking "Launch" from the download manager, when the client starts to load)
Is there an anti-virus program running? Have you tried to temporarily disabling it to allow it to install without interruptions?
There's a lot we don't know and just the error message isn't enough for us to help directly. So if more information can be found, we can help troubleshoot the issue.
