i tried to use the trade board and my item disappeared... how do i get my item?

I have actually already reported this same issue myself during testing. The development team should already be aware of it. To let you know, the item is not lost, but just not displaying properly. After the duration you set it to be listed for concludes, it will be sent to you in the mail as a failed listing.
