Hi, I'm having trouble playing this game. Whenever I get into a game I would not be able to connect with others http://puu.sh/ntLJP/add8270e4b.jpg This would mean that I am in the game and am able to move around/shoot do anything regularly except I'm playing by myself. Any help would be appreciated. My ping tests are showing that there is no packet loss, and I am able to play other games without difficulty.

Q: How do I do a tracert report?

• Open a command promt, and type "cmd" and then click "OK"
      This can be done by clicking on your start button, and then "Run" or on your keyboard press "Start + R"
      
      
    
• In the command prompt, type: tracert www.warpportal.com
      then hit 'Enter'
      
      
    
• Once the tracert completes, right click and select "Select All", then press "Enter" and it will be copied.
    
• Paste the result to me in a PM to me, or submit a ticket to our Support Team through our Support Website, so we can review and analyze the results.
      You are welcome to post the results here on the forums, but I know some of you may not feel comfortable releasing such information. Please do not feel pressured to and send it privately to me or through a ticket.
