What level does NInja form start getting useful in pve and in pvp?? Because im almost 40 and i wanted to know what level it does get useful at or if it is always useful.

personally im lvl 44 right now and its still useless but I played with some others that are lvl 47 and they did great in PVE ninja form

Ninja form is very, I mean VERY useful in PvP.

Look at Yurai's guide under miscellaneous section.

Yeah Yurai thats what i figured. I know the cancels are very useful in pvp, but i didnt know if they are useful in pvp before 47.

Yes, they're still useful if you want to get close to a myrm/paladin pre 47.

This pretty much summarizes it, but I'd still argue more towards 45 or higher. Although you can escape from a move such as sd, if the other player knew what they were doing, one cancel isn't going to be much, and unless you have a skill that you can use to follow up when retransforming, you're still risking yourself and playing a guessing game, which could result in damage taken with no chance at retaliation.
