I have 3 4 ping bars in PVP, but even with this ping I can not hit my shots

 

On my screen I hit shot, But the enemy's screen I missed the shot

 

This bug make the PVP very difficult to play

 

Please Solve this problem is really It is very discouraging to play knowing that you took but his enemy did not take shot

Having a good ping, doesn't necessarily mean you have a stable network connection. Dropped packets aren't necessarily counted towards a good ping time. I suggest the next time you're having problems like this, you perform a tracert and include what time you're taking it, the country you're located in, along with your tracert results.

 

Q: How do I do a tracert report?

1. Open a command promt, and type "cmd" and then click "OK"
   This can be done by clicking on your start button, and then "Run" or on your keyboard press "Start + R"
   
   
2. In the command prompt, type: tracert www.warpportal.com
   then hit 'Enter'
   
   
3. Once the tracert completes, right click and select "Select All", then press "Enter" and it will be copied.
4. Paste the result to me in a PM to me, or submit a ticket to our Support Team through our Support Website, so we can review and analyze the results.
