Is there a chance that they will be opening up a new renewal server? Chaos has too many rich and overpowered people. Thor was good until transferred items took place and basically ruined the economy. Oda?

No dont open a new renewal server because we, rich and overpowered veterans, need newbies to slaughter in WoE. We also need nwebies to spend $$$ to buy cash items, so we can buy cash items and/or WPE codes with our ez zeny that we ez farm instances from our 129039123++ chars

They already tried a new, clean server before and it failed so it was merged into (new) Chaos. They're not going to try that again unless the server population explodes.

When a new server up: botters will invest in it, gain 9 digits of zeny, RMT happened, and servers filled with rich+OP players. People like you then opened thread to merge servers and there you go, you back on Chaos again...

When a new server up: botters will invest in it, gain 9 digits of zeny, RMT happened, and servers filled with rich+OP players. People like you then opened thread to merge servers and there you go, you back on Chaos again...

Kinda sad that <> beats them on bot security. however, i do see this happening. I just wanted a fresh start where people do not GR and Deviling combo and basically all damage i do is . i only play this game time to time. my gears are decent but trash for pvpand woe.

Put a decimal point before the 5, make it a better managed pre-renewal server, and don't allow the kafra shop to have much of an impact on the economy, and I'm in.

 

If it has to be renewal, there's no need to open a new server. Just completely wipe Thor, take out Gramps, set exp to 0.5%, and we're good to go.

Damn, man. I was so close to agreeing with the exception of slots and MVPs, but then you just had to add in botting. Ugh! I honestly don't know why people bot iRO. Some p servers will probably outlast the officials. Go and ruin one of those servers.

Because illegal servers are just emulators, they do not work like the official ones. Whatever anti-bot/cheat tools they have is tailored for them only.

Honestly, I didn't. I knew about the OP items and MVP cards being sold in the cash shop, and the botting, but not about that other stuff. I lost interest in the news of pRO closing once I found out that iRO was going to open a new server for them, and that the Classic server (which is what I was on at the time) was going to be tossed to the side like some old, forgotten toy. So yeah, due to ignorance, I didn't catch the hint.

Not hard to catch up with the rich and powerful on Chaos server. If you can't catch up with them on Chaos, you will fall behind worst in a brand new server.

Then go back to your private servers and take your private server ideas with you. Also most private servers have no bots because nobody has a need or wants to bot on them.

i hope thor should merge with chaos and just have a woe sched that is good also for asians players. there is only few guilds and siegers in thor and too bad i always get into the guild of that hacker who can generate zeny for salary.

a woe sched that is good for asian players will not be good for many other regions, including NA. that's the entire reason why thor was created in the first place.
