That doesn't really answer anything since iRO spells a lot of things differently in our localization compared to other RO servers that use English.

No, that sudoku was easier than this cross word puzzle. Sudoku is a general knowledge whilst Ragnarokverse is of the few.

Are you saying that he won't leave the game until Day 5 and 6? Or are you saying he will DEFINITELY not leave on Day 4.

Personally I'm reading this as, leaving until day 5 or 6. I'd like a bit more clarification on this.

It means exactly what it says.

I'll admit, the wording can be a little confusing, but it's possible! (Assuming I'm right)

I have a question about clue number 5, its says:

"Ethos, who will not leave game in 4 days, is not the shadow chaser, who will stop playing before Rynestrum, but later than the rune knight."

All the sentence is talking about Ethos??

 

or

Hello everyone, 

 

I'm sure you are all waiting to see the scores, but as I had to deal with a lot of real life issues today, the posting of the scores is on hold til Wednesday at the very latest. I want to make sure to double check and send out thank you's to people, as well as make sure that we all set to do the raffle. I want to thank everyone that played and I hope to resolve issues by tomorrow so we can finish and take a proper break. Here's some feedback.


The contest was a cool idea and I liked the marathon aspect of it.
I understand that the random times were supposed to help more people compete, but it did quite the opposite.
It promotes unhealthy play patterns since you have to constantly refresh the forums to really compete.

I firmly believe that more people would get a chance to compete if the times were announced before hand.
The point system was also really punishing and I feel like some of the people that I personally consider brilliant didn't get a chance to truly compete.

 

Puzzles

Cryptogram is a good choice since anyone can do it with minimal effort.

This particular one was a bit misleading, but I like the fact that there was a twist.
Unfortunately, I think a lot of people gave up here after the initial penalties.

 

Tetris was a typical pentomino puzzle and can be very challenging if you don't asses the pieces and try to brute force it.
I actually liked this one a lot because it was custom made.

 

Sudoku I had never done before.
Can't speak much on it since it seemed like a variant of the actual game.
Not my favorite, but anyone can do it.

Word search was really easy since it didn't involve diagonal or backwards words.
This would be way better with harder words and different directions.

Crossword puzzle was pretty easy if you actually pay attention to things in game, but definitely not friendly to newer players.
Some of the hints were really creative like the one for Evil Snake Lord, since I'm sure everyone's first thought was Celia. 
This one was good.

Finding the differences is probably one of the worst games since you can easily use ways to compare the two and find the differences instantly.
I fell asleep for a few minutes before it was posted and still did decently.

Logic puzzle is another good one that anyone can do with a little time.
The wording for this one was a little confusing at times, so I'm sure that threw some people off.

For the integrity of this contest and any contest moving forward, I will admit that I am Jsynz.
I felt like I didn't have a fair shot by entering with this forum account.
No one should feel like that and I will admit that I probably jumped the gun with accusations towards Tatihana.
 

I purposely set up a few interactions with Tatihana during the course of this contest and she was nothing but sincere and helpful to me under the Jsynz account.
Apologies aren't something I like to just hand out, but I'm sorry for derailing your contest after the first puzzle.

These contests are supposed to be fun and not full of drama and unrest.
Though I still think some aspects of the contest overall are a bit sketchy, it most likely has nothing to do with the event runners.



Either way, thanks for hosting this event.

I agree, but Oda insisted that I post since I won after complaining earlier in the thread.
It doesn't matter really. I only had the other account for selling higher end items in private.
