I have never played Battleground before, and I was thinking of creating a character just for it.

 

I read that there are 3 levels, I'm more interested in division 60-79/80. Is it really up to 80 or 79?

It's just that it says lvl 79 only get 2 points, and 80+ gets 5 points, which got me a bit confuse that anything equal or greater than 80 is another division.

 

 

How active is KVM for 60-80/60-79?

 

 

 

Would you guys be able to suggest a decent character (killer type) to play with average to low end gears?

I was leaning towards Assassin Cross or Clashing Spiral Lord Knight.

 

 

Please try not to use any abbreviation, I wouldn't know what it means.

I have characters in all of those ranges, but Battleground is not active for any of those. You may be queued for hours without any matches at a time. Your best bet to get these things going is to join a WOE guild and then ask if anyone wants to have a few spar after WoE is over. Even when you do get into it, there's always that tryhard dude with +14 KVM wrecking everyone else, so you're really not gonna have a good time with lower end gear. It's really not worth doing unless you just like that gameplay. Oda did say that he'd look into changing the format to encourage more traffic, but that was nearly a year ago so don't hold your breath. I lean towards Lord Knight a bit over Assassin Cross as far as PVP goes, but that's just me.

Darn, that really sucks .. I was hoping it had a decent amount of players.

I kinda of chose that division because of the level cap and how I thought it may be more fun, without high lvl characters and op equips.

I guess there's no restriction on what equips you can use on KVM, even at a lower division......
