Well... Good Morning, So I wanna know why my account is Blocked?
What I did wrong?, Because I never used hack! so it's a bug of the game?
I don't know If it is because I tried to talk in spanish used the letter ñ, á, é, í, ó, ú.
Also I used many bad words, but only Joking with the members of my company.
I do many jokes, like I'm a hacker or something else so i don't know if maybe this make my account block?
If you don't trust me, you can ask to all of the member of the company...
I only wanna recover my account because I love so much Metal Assault...      
Please help me I will lose my daily check, today I will check to day 24
I Forgot to say that i have sended 2 tickets to warpportal support, but they didn't Answer so I decided to make a post, may be this way is faster than the ticket...

Posting here will not help. The only way to resolve this issue is in the ticket system.

 

Did you make an account so you can view and reply to your ticket online? If not, here is the link to do that https://support.warp...rmRegister.aspx  Once you have that special account, here is a guide to follow so you can find the ticket you are looking for https://support.warp...pport-page.aspx

 

You should also check your spam folder. Sometimes the replies get misdirected to spam by your email's spam filter.
