So I've been playing RO (mostly on my country RO) for a really long time but I never played as Maestro nor, to be honest, I have realized if they can be suited to PvM/MvP.

 

So here is my question, there are any build that is viable for PvM (solo) and MvP and at the same time that I can provide support in PvM like Bio or TI?

 

I started to play iRO not long ago and had to do some breaks, and now I'm returning so I don't have much here but I'm planning to play more "serious" this time

 

Any advice will be really helpful.

severe rainstorm build with 120 dex, , high agi, high int, high vit. so you can switch role between attacker or support.

Do you think I would be able to kill some MvPs solo using that build with severe rain storm?

yes. make sure you equip temp dex with ea and hawkeye enchant, 2 sound amps, 120 dex and bow of storms.
things to note:
- SR cant hit MVP with agi up, even with hawkeye on. none of the bard skills able to do perfect hit skill like dragon breath, cart cannon, arm cannon. the only way to hit them is using critical attacks.
- stack a lot of reduction since you need to tank the mvp on SR duration. reduction such as elemental armors, raydric/deviling garment
- maestro has more SR effectiveness than wanderer due to windmill rush

as fuyukuyin said pretty easy with the proper build and gears changing in the 2 aspects of the character  you only need the 120 dex for the temporal dex boots effect and the hawkeye enchant on them and 2 sound amplifiers as well 
i leveled 2 maestro with a fully SR build you can check what gear i used on my vids

I like it, but rangers doesn't need to receive damage like us... arrow shower 1.2
Too much pot...

comparing your class to another class which have their own pros and cons wont make you move forward. better develop strategy to cover your weakness

You said the reality... off course you are right.
But at the same time I chose bard and
Reborn it when I had to kill 16k of moskoviaan monsters to be transcendent (+/-2007?) and be an overpowered minstrel...
After renewal I stop to play about 4 years...


I had experience with a lot classes before renewal and I made my chose...fun instead power.

But in past we were an elite of power and we can fight for more....


I remember that we could chose a class and stay near of others in a rough comparative analysis.... (except monk)


Now we (game in general) need to make some noise because op classes have more players to defend himselfs (except healers because most them they are only buffers and slavers of the main chars)

I cant use SR (only if i use a lot of whites) and  cant wait 11 hours.... lol only this game to make ppl wait It-....
