I got Zombie Hog early on like during soft launch, was changing titles to cheek stats one day, now the Zombie hog title is completely gone and I can't require it =/ and yes I have already submitted a ticket to support =x but it's been over a week now.

Same thing with me, I acquired the Stonecold title along time ago and I can't find it anywhere and there are a few other titles I have that I can't equip.

This is a known bug. It pretty much hides youur titles and gives you random titles and some of your old ones might be hidden.
Lets say if you had title 1 and 2 unlocked but now can only see title 2-9 then you will only be able to equip title 2. The Bug is known and hopefully it gets fixed soon X-x. 

Oh and if you have a title equipped that is now disappeared don't unequip it or you wont be able to switch back to it.
