I have come to save you all from this misery. Here is what you do, it's simple, just a few steps.
1. Have the game open. (It doesn't matter what screen you are at, fullscreen or not.)
2. Alt+Tab FIRST to your desktop. (If you hit ctrl+alt+del directly from the game it will crash.)
3. After the Ragnarok client is minimized, THEN hit Ctrl+Alt+Del, then cancel out of the that menu.
4. Maximize your Ragnarok Client again.
5. Thank Odin for restoring Midgard to it's former GLORY! (This will fix EVERYTHING.)

After testing in various modes, I have found that in some cases when in fullscreen rebirth you need to hit ctrl+alt+del straight from the game as it is maximized. A good rule of thumb is~ if ctrl+alt+del while minimized doesnt fix it. then ctrl+alt+del while its maximized. (kick it softly, if it doesnt listen, kick it harder)
