First of all i would like to thank the team and leo for the work, so glad that metal assault is back. But unfortunately I have been experiencing some technical problems with the game. Since I wanted to record some videos of gameplay, I chose the Open Broadcaster program to do so. Having no problems with recording other games, I decided to record the metal assault gameplay. However, as soon as I started recording, I lost connection to the server and when I relogged it said "account is blocked" and the reason was "ACCOUNT BLOCK". I am well aware I used a third party program to record but that shouldn't result in this ban, as it has no effect on gameplay. Thank god it was my alternative account (Due to no storage in soft launch, i had to get a alt account to store my items), but I would like to firstly ask for the un block of the alternative account and secondly, i would like to ask which recording programs would i be able to use that wouldn't result in the ban (block) of my account?

It sounds like the same issue as this topic https://forums.warpp...ve-been-banned/     Please provide the information Leo asked for in that thread so he can work with the dev team on getting this fixed.

 

Meanwhile, to get your account unblocked, you need to make a ticket. Here is the link to do that https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx  On that same page, click on "register" to make a support account that will allow you to view and reply to your ticket online.

Wow, thanks a ton for the fast response and unblock (quite impressed at the speed the team worked at). But was wondering whether the issue with the Open broadcaster system is cleared up so I can start recording the gameplay? (just so I don't get blocked a second time and cause more trouble for you guys!

I think the issue is still existing. I hope this would help though.
 
 

Don't attempt to stretch the obs just leave it as it is. Metal Assault has a set resolution at the moment and pushing it further to try to stretch it will be detected by the game and may result in crash/ban.

I had my account blocked but also how not to use any program to record I think it was by latency or low fps on my pc. I have already sent my ticket.

Tive minha conta bloqueada também mas como não utilizei nenhum programa para gravar penso que foi por latência  ou baixo fps em meu pc. Já enviei meu ticket.
