Suggestion: A npc that transform the Headgears in only visual equipment. It'll give us a purpouse to do some quests that onlye reward with headgears that don't has bonus stats

i do agree ALL HEADGEARS should be provided its costume version. i want costume noob pink hat and costume mr.smile

Learn Korean and complain to the developers. (WarpPortal doesn't develop RO, Gravity in Korea does.)
