Hello Rookies,

I got some information that will be sure to interest many of you.

Recently we got the patch that updated our ability to use more resolutions! Woo-hoo! And it looks like that's not all we have coming.

Questions surrounding the decision to remove Gun Licenses, PvP Grades, and Honor Point systems.

According to GNISoft, the PvP Grade and Honor Point Systems are only temporarily disabled, while they work on some improvements. They're working hard to get these done and be included with an update to something they referred to as "Ranking battle content", intended to be released sometime this month (April). As for the Gun Licenses system, they felt that it was a bit too complicated and removed it because it caused too large of a gap between veteran and beginning players.

Questions about having more weapons in the NPC shops.

They said that their plan was to sell only the basic gear in the NPC shop and provide higher grade gear via game-play or Item Mall. However, they also said that if we believe that this should be changed in some manner, they are open to hearing suggestions for our community. So make sure you leave your thoughts on how you think the NPC shops could improved on so players can have a few more options to purchase weapons from.

Regarding the feedback about drop rates and rewards from Mission, Co-Op and PvP modes.

GNISoft stated that they see quite a lot of gear coming from the Co-Op and Mission modes, however they will look in to the PVP Modes and share the results with us to see if we may have any suggestions on altering it.

And finally, some questions regarding character development, skills and leveling.

GNISoft explained to us that it was also a change made to reduce the gap between veteran and beginning players. However, they do value the aspect of character growth and development, and have plans to add in-game systems and features that surround the idea of further character development, in the future.

I've followed up on their responses, asking if they have any more details to share regarding the future updates and changes we now have learned are coming out way. So I'm looking forward to hearing what those may be, and of course, I'll let you know what I can once I heard back!

Thanks for reading Rookies!

"GNISoft stated that they see quite a lot of gear coming from the Co-Op and Mission modes".

Does this mean we'll see more gear coming from those modes, or does this mean they're satisfied with the status quo?

Because, as I've posted before, Mission Mode is absolutely terrible. The rarity of Supply Cards and the content of the boxes from those Supply Cards is very bad. A lot of players agree with me, and if needed, I can ask them to come here and post and vouch for this.

I played a lot of Mission Mode, and have not seen a single weapon modification (I know they drop, but they are stupidly rare), and I have not seen a single weapon at all. I asked a player finished all of Mission Mode, and told me that the only thing that drops that's valuable in the last map are AMPs and Light Flak Jackets. As far as he knows, weapons do not drop from Mission Mode at all.

Is this true? I think this should be cleared up officially by the devs: what drops from where. Drop tables should NOT be a mystery, passed only by word-of-mouth and people who care enough to make guides. It should be public knowledge.

Have they seen this video? I have posted it on a previous thread.

THIS is what Mission Mode should be more like.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and passing this info on to the devs. I really want this game to grow and succeed, and I'm glad us players have at least one person who can directly pass our suggestions to the devs.

Your best bet to get weapon mods in mission mode is farming the veteran difficulties. Chances and supply card drops are so much higher than rookie. A good mission is in the second stage called "A Secret Meeting", I think that is the name for it. Also, a tip when using supply cards, use them in a straight horizontal line instead of picking around randomly. I've gotten a mod and some boxes. The supply card boxes contain equipment that used to be sold at the pre-nerfed vendor. QQ

There might be weapons in the 100% completion box, I'm not sure about this though. It would be great if someone did a slow motion video when opening the box to show what is inside.

I got several lists of questions, requests and proposals with GNISoft right now, but I'll be sure to add some question behind the drops per mission to the list. I'm also interested in knowing what should be available, and possibly their rates, in case there's anything obvious that could use some adjustments. :)

But it does seem that there are a number of various pieces of equipment being found and farmed. How much effort went in to it is not known to me, but I can at least see it's hitting the market. Never-the-less, I will work on getting some more up front information regarding what you can find and where to get it from, even if it is a bit general, it would be nice to have it officially stated.

I just want to say that, The main purpose of Mission mode is to farm gears and weapons. In old Metal Assault and other GigaSlave versions, mission mode's purpose was for farming weps. It always has been.. Without these guns dropping from mission mode, there is no purpose in doing mission. My idea is to at least increase the drop rate upgrades (bolt, trigger, barrel, spring). And if possible add weapons, but with a very low chance of drop. It is better than not nothing all and players will be satisfied with that. Last but not least, release Master and Legend mode in Mission difficultly. Mission mode is too easy. Make mission harder to make drops better.

I get that D4Rk143, and it's something being worked on. :)

The update today was an accumulation of several letters, reports and feedback from the community so it goes to show they are indeed listening and working on addressing what they get. What was done in the patch yesterday was not even half of what I've been sending so I'm sure they're still going through it, on top of the plans they have in the works. Give it some time, and keep providing your feedback on what you feel will make game play better, as you have. I will continue to collect and pass it along so they can decide what to do with it. :thumb2:

It sounds like you need to make a ticket. Here is the link to do that  https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx  In the ticket, describe your problem in detail so support can help you. Has anyone found a fix to a loading lag when upgradeing to windows 10? i used to go into rooms and lobbys in seconds or less, where now its between 15 seconds for a room, to 3 minutes a map to actualy start playing. i cant downgrade because my files were erased in win.old and i didnt recieve a sp disk with my tower ono. This is what kinda ruins my enjoyment when the load times are unbearable...
