Tried to do anything I could but the launcher is stuck. After I run the client as an admin to avoid issues the launcher get stuck.

 

It say ''Checking update information'' but it doesn't say anything else and, obviously, can't play. Does someone having the same problem as me?

If running as administrator mode has not solved the issue I would suggest to go ahead and send a ticket to the Support Team (link below):

I would also highly suggest to make a support account which is separate from the WarpPortal account. This account will help to keep all tickets you send in organized. You can register in the same link above.
