Rebel is an expanded class who master in modern firearms from pistols, shotgun, grenade launcher, sniper rifle, and gatling gun. It's a crazy fun class gunning down entire room of mobs with machine gun  but it pretty much suck at end game especially for enemies with HP above 80-90k. Very cheap to gear, but relatively low damage output, low HP, low SP.  

I have both +9 Rideword and +9 Vana, and I would say +9 Vana is better than +9 Rideword, at least for Rebels, but not by a very large margin. +9 Vana has more consistent proc rate for both HP and SP, and burst damage that rebel / ranger do will be sufficient enough to recover most of the HP and SP.  Rebel also has very small HP/SP pool so the smaller leech from Vana kind of works out just fine. 

Rideword proc rate is a noticeable lower, but the amount is higher than Vana. I could see it being more useful for GX when rolling cutter as you deal damage more frequently but less powerful. Anyhow I hardly run out of SP with +9 Rideword + Incubus though, so it's not at all bad. I would have been ok sticking with Rideword, if I didn't find a rush seller on +9 Vana for 320m.

have a +9 thanatos bow (hunter fly )weapon that's helping more than everything else. I play with my maestro and the sp is horrible...
Malicious shadow set +21 or more, thanatos bow (when low hp or sp) are good idea.you can use vana too... but when you be 140+(150?) You need gear to Bio 5(expensive) and die 10000 times becauwhile make enough damage to don't be kicked..
