Could someone please tell me where I can level when i'm 100?

Your best bet is to go to Mana Snowfields on Luna. There is an NPC when you first enter the map that gives killing quests that are repeatable. You might be able to find a party too, since it's a pretty popular spot.

 

At ;level 120 you can go to Eldeon and at level 130 you can try Oblivion Temple in El Verloon.
