Should i try and start farming low/mid tier MVP's Im currently 157 with a clean +9 Imp spear with ea3 sharp5(its been hell so far trying to get these both EA so far)

I can afford to get both AK and Alice. 

 

MY gear currently is 

+9 rwh

robo Eyes

gangsters scarf

+9 Imp spear with ea3 sharp5

+4 orleans not carded

+4 rosa wit hodremlin

+9 ihbp

my dmg seems really low against Big bells(takes like 5 or 6 OBs (i usually go in there unbuffed no slaves>.<)

so i wanted to farm some mvps for some possible loot to sell for better gear to make lvling a little smoother>.< any advice would be greatly appreciated

you dont farm mvp for gear, you farm them for card. Since most of mvp drop are craps anyway.
The only one worth farming is the one that still drop okay-ish gear: nidgarb, valk set or the one that you can give to eatgear for cert.

If you want to make zeny, i suggest you start doing instance that give oca, or drop that can be sell easily.
if you cant solo them, then make friends, or join a guild.

I would say yes to start farming asap. The term farming can be used lightly, you're really just hunting MVPs. Don't farm them for a specific purpose, card, gears, etc, I usually just aim for EXP and what happens, happens, and with enough happenings, cards happen to happen XD

 

Go after ones that don't drain your supplies or will to play, go for whats fun and challenging, but not impossible and a waste of your time. Enjoy
