I was wondering if there is some way to check if I still can use the Eden Reset (stauts + skills) on a character without reset it?

A guy on a TI party told me there is no way to check without reset

There's no way to check it. Just use the NPC if you are willing to have a reset.

The NPC says that I need to have 0 weight (like they would) but does that means that I still have the reset?

if you talk with him with 0 weight and hes giving you option to reset, then you still have free reset, just close dialog after that

if you dont, he wont gave you any option
