And yes, this proposal is for allowing people to be able to pick horn types and hair styles independently rather than having them locked together like they do now.

Haven't seen anyone bring this up, but I think it'd be better if the horns and tail were linked together in character creation rather than how the horns are currently linked to hairstyle. Having the horns connected to the corresponding tails makes more sense than having the horns tied to hairstyles.
I brought up a while back that I'd like for the hair, horns, and tail to be separate (give us multiple tail designs as well, not just the two we have that are different based on gender). I'd also like the tail and horn designs to be able to be colored individually, just like hair. Males get arrowhead tails that are blue/purple, while females get heart/spade tipped tails that are pink. We need more.
Still want. Much want. The more character customization; the better.
Also, make it so that costumes don't hide our tails. Soooo uncomfy.
The tail colours are linked to the costume and gear textures. Getting a variation in that would involve modifying every single equipable item for a Noel.
Hm... Yeah, because it's more or less a back item. Most armor and costumes hide the tails. Really, all you would have to do is edit them so that the tails showed... But not sure if that would interfere with back items or not. Did they ever implement bottom costumes? I know there was once a slot for them... Maybe doing it as a bottom could be a workaround. I dunno. However, all it would really be is adding the tail layer back in, considering as I said, it is (theoretically) more or less a back item, which is why it's not present in many costumes/armor sets. So, it should be copy-paste... Just, very time-consuming copy-paste.
