When I press the U key it shows  ChrctCard.

Someone told me that character cards give you stats but is it possible to choose what Horoscope I want for my card?

You can get a character card by doing a quest around level 20ish it's a yellow quest. This will allow you to set your own horoscope, color, hobby and so on.

You can only change it once without paying real money or buying it through someone with the character card changer.

 

Edit: To get the character card, talk to Victor the guard then finish the quest by talking to Vincent the butler in port of the winds.

I think the quest comes from the guard npc next to hunter G in Port of the wind. If Agitodesu happens to be incorrect (which I highly doubt, he's a pretty smart cookie!) Try that guy and let us know!
