thank you so much for responding. we appreciate that you're listening and yes, it was a delayed response, and my suggestion for future issues like this, is say something sooner so we dont feel like we're being ignored, we know you're listening, we know you're not our previous host. we really do enjoy this game, and we enjoy having active community managers.Sorry for a delayed response, ever since the Thanksgiving "exp issue" we were aware that there was an issue. We are currently are working with Barunson to find out what has changed either server side or something that is causing this issue. At first we thought it may have been a fluke issue however with all the recent reports it seems to be a much larger issue. Hopefully we can find out what was changed and change it back or at the very least find out WHY it was changed. I'll keep you posted as soon as i know.
yes, the exp event at thanksgiving was boosted exp, but our base exp values had dropped, and they never returned to normal. as a community, we are grateful that you're trying to do something on our behalf.
