hello, i have a question. hope you guys can help me

 

i just read all the comments and im looking to make a Gen with CC and AB, and some says to use 2 pendants, is its better then use 1 ring and 1 pendant? if you dont use the set you lose 4% damage, is that correct? isnt better Maelstrom Pendant?
