Direct X faild??

I install twice times. Still showing Direct X faild when I want to start game. I check my diect X, it is fine. And I can open other games. Could any one help me why happen this problem? And how to fix it?

Sorry for the late response lunarapheal!  It would be best to send in a ticket to Support as they can assist you with technical issues as well. You can access the support page through the link below:

I would also suggest making a support account as it helps to easily keep track of all tickets you send.
