I'm kinda lost on this new gears.... Normally I would choose a weapon with glorious prefix on it but after I saw this Bellum claymore it made me stop and think for a while.

Base on the description:

Glorious Claymore (attack 220)

- Increase physical damage against Demihuman monster by 70%.
Ignore 25% physical defense of Demihuman monster.

 

Bellum Claymore (attack 260)

 

- *Stats during WoE & PVP
Increases damage to enemy players by 80% and bypasses 30% Def.
If refined to +6 or higher, increases physical damage to enemy players by an additional 40%.
If refined to +9 or higher, has a chance of reflecting damage of physical and magic attacks as well as a chance to cast Magic Mirror.

You see, there's a paradox on Bellum statements stating that it would increase damage to enemy players. Since we're talking about WOE and pvp here, does that mean Demi-human enemy?

So lets go to my question, which do you think is the better weapon for pvp?

people can use glorious outside of pvp. bellum doesn't appear to be the case, which is why it does more damage than glorious in pvp. you've basically answered your own question.

Glorious' script: bonus2 bAddRace,RC_DemiHuman

Bellum's script: bonus2 bAddRace,RC_Player

Don't forget that Glorious Claymore has Lv2 Slaughter.

When it comes to a RK's Crush Strike, a Bellum Guillotine might be better than a Glorious Claymore. Probably not too practical tho.

Idk what to say, but I have this feeling of Glorious being better than Bellum, Or is it just because I got used to earlier days of renewal. Well anyway keep coming guys. I need opinions about this. I can't even try it bec. I don't have kvm points left nor budget for Bellum weapon (and a max RK)

+9 Bel. Clay is stronger then +9 G. Glay. everything above use the G.Clay. (Slaughter 2). I think it was @+11

 

+11 G.Clay = 134% Additional DMG on DH. and 30% Def Pierce. / wATK =  297
+9 B.Clay (Aint need higher ref., except for the extra refine ATK) = 120% Additional DMG on Players in PVP/WOE. 30% Def Pierce. / wATK = 323

 

14% more damage on DH then the Bellum Clay but 26 less atk then a +9 B.Clay. - 14% just counted in the Weapon ATK w/o other ATK gears alone on the G.clay is +42 ATK (rounded up). So it is stronger then the +9 B.Clay w/o the reflect effect.

Formula junkies might correct me here though.

The Reflect could be nice though if parry procs and you reflect something hard hitting (or your Death Bound timing was bad).

^this. Fun fact, with raw crit mod (without any gear mod), +13 G. Clymore will deal around 15k more damage than +9 B. Clymore.
 

and magic mirror proc at rather decent rate.

I use Glorious weapon (+6 G claymore) in my level 150 RK and it can do decent damages enough to kill higher levels

You can look on my video of my RK ( just look in 2:02-2:07 and 2:58, that's the time i use G claymore) , as far as i know, its CS(crushing strike) damage on +6 G claymore can reach up to 100k,or more, but +11 G claymore, around 120k and beyond, depending on the stat and equipment build , on normal attack, around 7k-or more depending if the enemy player is wearing woe/G set 

 

Funny tip: You can use Glorious claymore in bio lab  , its actually doing good damages

+9 Bellum Flail can deal 200k CS. And that is without any demihuman mod.
Some people use it to insult other player: "You died to bellum flail crush strike, delete yourself."

 that's fun (i'm trying to get + 9 B guillotine for CS since most of the people in thor doesn't have demi-human armors,and B guillotine is pretty heavy)
