With the addition of new titles, it becomes increasingly necessary to change the way we provide support to our users. This change starts today.
Previously, when a user submitted a ticket to the WarpPortal Support Center, they were submitted with the various games as the departments. Now, we have changed the departments to address issues as opposed to games. These categories are as follow:
Account Related Issues
Bug Reports
Ill-Mannered Reports
Payment & Billing Support
Special Requests and Events
Technical Support
When you select one of these departments, you will find places that specify what specific kind of issue you are having, what game it is for, what server, and other necessary information. In truth, this change should not have any impact for those of you who need to write in. However, we hope that this helps us on the back end to get tickets completed in a more expedient manner.
For those of you who are waiting on tickets you have already submitted, we will still be responding to these tickets. In fact, these are our top priority.

I like this new Ticketfeed. It narrow's down the problem and makes it easier for players to know where to send the Ticket to!
