So we are finally getting this:

In your opinions, which one is better for DB RK?

 

Option 1: +9 Excellion Suit HP+5% enchant x 3 (15% HP total + 12% from refinement = 27%)

Option 2: +9 Excellion Suit SP+3% enchant x3 (9% SP total and 12% HP from refinement)

Option 3: ?

 

Also, which enchants would you want for Excellion Wing?

for %hp/sp or pure stats (vit vs int), generally, %hp or vit will win.

as for fix amount of hp/sp, you can compare which one is better using this ratio: 12.5hp = 1 sp

btw, correct me if i am wrong, but doesnt that hp enchant is maximum 3 per gear? and since you can enchant them on garment and gear, you should be able to get 6 hp enchant.

Yeah you can get 3x hp5% om each part. Armor already gives a base 10 vit, and 4% hp per 3 refine. +9 armor & garment would give you 10 vit and 42% hp
