Fill your cart with stuff so that is heavy. Buy a high atk weapon, card it with andre cards and go to Low TI and cart revo mobs.

No. Pots are always necessary for mob leveling

elemental gears & converters affect cart revo , harpy map is nice, they're mobby and have low hp. spotlighted too
