My character slots are full and I just need to transfer WoE characters over since they don't need VIP. Is there a way I can transfer to the other account in the same email? I buy all my WP via steam wallet.

you can't, the added value stuff is not available for steam users.

Looks like you just need to buy WPE off other players instead of using steam wallet. Then I was able to transfer my character over. Just got my confirmation email, hopefully will get it done soon.
I want to level another noob since it's Geffen spotlight.
