Hi guys! I'm planning on making a PvP/WoE oriented SC with a little capability for PvM. My main role will be a Disabler / Debuffer, more of a supportive build. I'm still a newbie so if possible, I'd like to get some suggestions.

Here's my end-level stats will be with 175/60 level cap used

82 + 8 Str
95 + 5 Agi
91 + 9 Vit
100 + 6 Int
120 + 22 Dex
17 + 6 Luk

The Str is mostly used for weight capacity and some little damage addition
The Agi is used for Aspd (Breaking Emperium), masquarade resistance, some flee on PvM, and other stuffs
Vit is for HP and stun resistance
Int is for Cast Time, SP, and other stuff
Dex is for Cast Time, hit, masquarade chance, bow damage on PvM
And Luk is just the rest of the point for some small status resistance

This is my skill build, mainly resolve on traps, masquarades, strips
My main WoE/PvP skill will be Flying Kick (Taekwon skill) and i still don't know about the other one. As for PvM, I'll use Arrow Storm and I don't know about the other one...

For my Equips that I'll be using on PvP/WoE

Top HG : I Love China (Demi-Human resist 10%, dex + 3)
Mid HG : Blush of Groom (Demi-human resist 3%)
Lower HG : Gentleman's Pipe (Demi-Human resist 2%)
Armor : +6/+9 WoE Suit, carded with Marc (Unfrozen)
Shield : Valk Shield, carded with Thara Frog
Weapon : Keris (Traditional weapon quest) with +8/+9 Dex enchant, carded with golem
Manteau : WoE Manteau, carded with Raydric
Shoes : WoE Shoes, carded with Green Ferus
Accessory : 2 Orleans's Glove, both carded with Zerom

For PvM :
Top HG : I Love China
Mid HG : Black Devil's Mask (all stat +2)
Lower HG : Well chewed pencil (Dex +2)
Armor : Thief Clothes, carded with Marc, enchanted Dex+3
Weapon : +7/+9 Orc Archer Bow
Manteau : Wool Scarf, carded with raydric
Shoes : Tidal Shoes, carded with Matyr/Green Ferus
Accessory : Same as above

I'm a relatively new player, so any expensive items are out of question. Godly item, MVP cards, BG item, Overly upgraded item, are all out of question
So what do you think about this build? Any suggestion? Also, will feint bomb deal noticable damage? Or just used for the backslide?

Here is my suggestion:

 

For your stat build, I would suggest lowering STR or completely dropping it and add it to dex/int instead so that you can cast Masquerades faster. For weight capacity, you can use the heavy lifter box.

Enervation and Laziness can be left at level 1 since you'll be mostly using Ignorace, Weakness and Gloomy. Stealth can also be left at 1 because if you have soul link, you'll still be able to move fast enough. Divest accessory(Full Chem Protect does not affect this) is maxed and Deadly infect added.

 

Feint Bomb is an essential skill if you plan to PVP/WOE (I know someone in Thor that can do FB damage of 60k). If I remember correclty FB works with Deadly Infect, so if you got burning status from enemy RK, you can easily use Flying Side Kick to quickly get inside enemy formation then use FB to retreat while givinng all of them burning status, it is really useful to get in and out of battle.
