As the title says, as of now I only know 2 ways to get those items, 1st is to get it at battlegrounds which is now quite impossible because it is dead and 2nd is through bounty quest which for me might could take a long time before I accumulate at least 2k kvm points for weapon. Is there any other way to farm kvm points? like lucky boxes that might give kvm points with the help of luck? TIA for the incoming answers

Lucky Boxes?! Never...

 

There are other ways readily available ingame:

 

1.  Seal of Sleipnir: If you manage to do the quest you'll get a whooping 80 KVM Badges.  You just need to gather all the materials beforehand (as well as reset stones) and keep your eyes peeled for when it is activated)
2. Gramps TI: You get 1 Eden Merit Badge per TI ( 2 badges per TI if VIP), you can farm TI using a perma 99 in low TI, or just Tax yourself to cut your exp gain in half and suicide when necessary to keep within the level range. Trade your EMB for KVM with Merry Badger at Eden.
3. Old Purple Boxes: These are a common reward from MVP'ing, so some players sell them, you can trade them for the EMB and then trade those for the KVM ones.

I remember years ago was a box with kvm, i remember that then suddenly kvms flooded the server.

 

So what Erydanos told you, maybe if we have luck we can actually have an overhaul to BG because right now is pretty much dead as you said. There are some servers where BG rotate like other pvp arenas, with different modes :/ i hope something like that was implemented to actually bring to life BG wich i consider is one of the good things this game has.
