First of all, Eldeon is new to me hehe, I have no clue what's going on there and I just got to 120 and said "it's time to level there"

Sooo..Where can I level in level 120? and also...where can I buy pots in Xita?!

Oblivion Temple is 130 and above now

 

So at 120 you should stay on Eldeon. The food vendor is not in that main part of Xita where the other npc's are. Go up the ramp from the main part as if you are going to travel back to Junon only go a bit further and you will see another ramp thing with a tree in the center. Follow that and in the clearing, you will find the chef who sells hp and mp items as well as the return scrolls to Xita/

 

Btw, if you decide to take the pollen valor quests from the npcs in the main part of Xita, you can find the monsters you need if you pass the chef and keep going down that hill.

Sooo..Where can I level in level 120? You can either find a party and do the valor quests of pincer from Catherine, Junon Order NPc, and Righteous Crusader NPC || Or simply do the delivery quest from Catherine & Gilbert (But you need a fast cart to avoid dying from mobs since you need to travel from 3 maps) and also...where can I buy pots in Xita?! You can buy your pots from the Chef guy, from the NPc where you teleported ship - go pass the bridge and turn right side, and pass the bridge identical to the one you just passed - You'll see the Chef NPC
