Clan Passives

Besides the currently ongoing discussion regarding clan passives, an easy to be introduced tweak could make a big difference 
when changing the current system of clan skill passives the following way (specifically the temporary ones):
 
- cut down the current 30 days activity time span to a one day activity time span or add an option for a one day activity time span
- at the same time lower the cost for a one day activity time span of each temporary skill (devided by about 30 of the current value of CP)
- Example: current skill cost is 25M CP (for 30 days) becomes 1M CP by adding one day skill activity with this suggestion.
 
This would be easy to introduce and would be way more flexible and fairer especially for smaller clans
 
Why change?
 
1. More competition. Clan passives are very expensive and need exzessively active clan members and/or big clans/resources to be activated.
Smaller clans feel overpowered by bigger clans who have the benefits of many active clan passives.
Benefit would be that smaller clans can compete with bigger clans for specific clan war activities, GA, PvP areas, etc.
Smaller clans could stand a fight.
 
2. More flexibility. No need to concentrate on this one single target skill for the month.
Or lose 3 weeks of activation time when being in holidays, business trip or sick, etc.
Big benefit for groups of player who can only be active in game at specific days or at weekends, etc.
 
3. Less controversy, more fairness amongst clan members.
Lets say in current system the clan could afford the Uncommon item drop rate  30% for 25M CP (to hunt for LisentU in DGs), 
fine but the clan currently has to stick with it for 30 days and the members who want to hunt for Epic drops are unhappy, 
because the chance to get their item dropped is now lower for a full month.
With this suggestion the clan could now even afford the epic item drop rate for some time , which might have been unattainable in the current system at all.
Or majority wants the PvP skills... pity for the member who prefer PvM, vice versa.
With this suggestion both could be kept active at the same time.
 
4. More variety. Even smaller clans could afford a broad set of clan passives activated in parallel. More motivation to start a clan and enjoy it.
We might see more new clans.
 
It would be nice if these could be considered for the enjoyment of all players and at the same time having the benefit of being in a clan with more flexibility skills wise.

I think this idea is wonderfull!!. When our clan was still active we lost some members because they prefer the pvp skills for example but it costs too much for only 2 or 3 persons who didnt gathered any clanpoints at all. This is a very good solutiuon for the smaller clans and different wishes for skills in a clan.
