I doubt it's possible; someone from the appropriate crew will tell you better informations and reasons.
- geffen town / ragnarok world is like a ghost town ? any upcoming event to this town ? so it will become a kind of active town where a high lvl's can farm some stuffs/items?
Those places are basically born from an Event. Moreover, as things are right now, there are better things to get other than what one can find in those Dungeons, depending on the Classes.
- any plan on VARTICAL HILL MISSION ? base on what i survey and what i expirience some of players doesnt know what place and some are saying that the place is boring so you can rarely see players playing in that mission

Even with that restriction, there still are complaints about people taking advantage using them.
- why evade rate is very useless i got 40k evade rate in my ninja but it wasnt useful ? when will evade rate will become more useful?
Because there were too few "Aimers" for too many "Evaders"...?

- how about having [LEGEND MODE] in element dungeon lvl 80-85 can possible enter (Requirements [Legendary elemental necklace]) (Lvl60-85 are the following lvl that can enter the dungeon) LOOTS (Lv.6,7,8 Element card Resist and Attack , Lvl8 spiritual drop , Legendary bless (DROP BY MONSTERS/BOSS) , BASIC ELEMENTS )
Hero Mode too boring?
