So i was wondering i am back to Ragnarok after awhile and i wanted to do something new. 

And i wanted to know which would be better between a Soul Linker and  Rebellion for end game even tough the Soul can't go over 99. Knowing that i have 2 people playing with me (Ranger/Arch Bishop) which would be better.

please note that those characters would become my main and they are aimed for PVM/MVP purpose.

Knowing that which looks like they would be the best suited to play with my 2 friends.

between the two, rebel is good at pvm ,but i don't have definite idea if they can do mvp.. (i never saw a video or try it in mvp )

If your friends are Ranger and Archbishop, you should consider playing a tanky / melee character like sacrifice Royal Guard or Sura for end game PvM and MvP. Gene and RK would have work wonder as well for MvPing.  

 

Rebel class is an independent class and has poor synergy in a party due to the fact the round trip pushes move outward from you, and it usually messes up RK DB or Ranger AS.  I don't know who main a soul linker, it's really a slave class. You will not be able to go mid-TI and high TI with your friends due to level 99 cap.

Another thing to consider is that Rebel leveling is different than Ranger and Archbishop. Rebel level twice as fast than Ranger and Archbishop and it only limits to level 160. This is because Rebel doesn't need job experience. There's a bug that you gives you 50 job level before you hit 100. Ranger and Archbishop will level at biolab level 4 after 141, while you will be doing Nightmare Clock Tower to 160. Rebel is pretty much a dead weight in bio4 due to weakness against magic users like Celia Alde.

Rebellion can go MVP coz they are kewl and SL are just slaves.   SL can PVM decently and I guess they are fun to play depends on how you build them. The only letdown to the Tae kwon class is that they can't go up 100+ levels because they were the first expanded class to have a second job and I guess Gravity wasn't thinking of increasing the level cap at that time so.......

Rebel can go for MvP i tried, as long as the mvp can be hitlocked, u can kill it. We dont have warg but still we got heat barrel, the damage output was promising wif Double action. But for those Mvp wif Agi up... well can go full crit but dps was no better thn Rangers'. N the most depressing is we cant use a dxmn hawkeye temporal Dex boot, n we lose at hp pool....
