Any Skybroadband users here in the Philippines? I can't connect to any warpportal site and always "Failed to connect to patch server" on the game.

It is almost two days now and I tried everything I can. Restarted my laptop, my connection, updating my drivers and everything but no luck. I am

only using a proxy that is why I was able to post this one. I have no intention to use proxy always as it is more lagging compared to not using one.

How to take a tracert:

• Type "cmd" and then press enter.
• Maximise the Command Prompt window that is opened.
• Enter "tracert playragnarok.com".
• Wait until tracert has completed. If tracert outputs six lines of asterisks in succession, then press control-C to terminate it.
• Right-click the window and then choose "select all".
• Right-click the window again to copy the selection to the clipboard.

I can access playragnarok.com. The forums is what I don't have access on and also the client launcher. Yesterday when my proxy expired,

my RO client is still open and I can login with no problem. But whenever I close it and try to run it again, I'm always getting "Failed to connect to patch server"

without proxy and so I can't access the game. For the forums, it says "Site cannot be reached". It has been four days now, could this be an ISP problem?

That high ping on the first hop is unusual, you should check your home router, network and wiring.

 

Will forward your tracert log to whom it may concern as there have been a couple reports experiencing the same.

Can I have an update regarding this? The problem isn't fixed yet. Can't connect to the launcher and can't access the forums without VPN.

May I know what is the IP address of iRO Chaos server and the this forums? I contacted my ISP and they want me to send a ping test as well for

them to check if the problem is on their side. Thanks

Check if the issue is isolated to iRO or not.
