Tried reloging, tried changing map (5 times, even into BB spamable ones), and tried putting it in kafra and taking it out.
Not working.
Any help?

It's disabled, you have to ticket in.
Make sure the item is in the inventory of the character you intend to name change and make sure you send in 3 names you're interested in.
If the first is taken, they will go with the second and so on.
