I saw you. Tried stalking you and noticed something, you are not alone. 
Sometimes lag just really hit you whenever or wherever you are. Maybe it's your ISP or maybe it's the server's fault, it really depends. Try using some lag reduction software like Leatrix, WTFast or get a VPN.
....or maybe you're/someone just downloading too many NSFW thingy.

"On April 29th, our ISP will be having a hardware maintenance between 2-5am Pacific time, during that time it's likely there will be high latency and intermittant connection blackouts while they work."
