So from what I understand, there is a Name changing box in the kafra shop, but it doesn't work? Or does it work?
IF it works, does it work right away?
Do I need to use the VaS instead? Would it still count towards my Kafra Points spent between 15th-30th? I sniped an awesome name, perfect for a guild I run, and I am in need of a name change for my sura...
Any information is appreciated and thank you in advance! ^ ^

It used to work but it was disabled due to something. You can buy it then ticket in for a name change with the Name Change Box in your inventory.

So it should count towards the 2000 KP?
