So it's my 20th time to try Dally quest, already completed the parcel delivery service earlier today. While talking to Dally, there seems to be a bit of lag, the parcel delivery quest was deleted, but I got nothing in return from Dally. However, after speaking again to him, it still shows 20, but the parcel quest is really deleted so I have to wait again for another try.
