I was trying to reset one char after i put everything in the storage but got 92 weight just like the 92 gray shards that i have....
i have also another 2 chars with items from an event from years ago and i cannot sell or discard these items -> blue cards

You should be able to store the Gray Shards. If the Blue Cards can't be stored then send a support ticket and request to either have the blue cards moved somewhere else or deleted permanently.

omg i didn't try to store the shards only was trying to trade xD thx and i've send a ticket regarding the blue card issue
