This has to be handled through the ticket system
If you haven't made a special support account so you can view and reply to tickets online, you should do that. Go to this page and click on "register" https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx
Here is a little guide to help you locate the ticket you want to reply in once you have made a support account https://support.warp...pport-page.aspx
Being able to reply in your ticket online will eliminate the need to wait for an email reply. Some cases take longer to research than others, so please be patient.
