I just bought a name change box from a vend and i went to go use it and it says "This item cannot be used within this area." and i have been to every town eden floor 1 and floor 2 and still does not work. I'm not in a guild or in a party but still no

Name changing normally has been disabled due to something to do with being able to use characters not normally usable when creating a character.

 

Now you need to send a support ticket making a name change request with the Name Change Box in your inventory.
