PLEASE HELP!

I decided to play RO2 again after stopping for about a year. But I noticed that all of my characters are GONE. I suspect it has something to do with the servers merging. Even though me and my friend stopped playing at the same time, his characters are still available to play but mine's not.

Any idea about this?

Send a ticket to warpportal bro, that way they can help you out.

Before you make a ticket I would highly suggest to make a Support Account (this can be done on the same page. Support accounts help to keep track of your tickets and makes it easier to reply.
