i just bought wp energy today, when i click the convert WP energy at the dragon saga, it wont convert WP energy to IM points. It just refresh the page only. i'm buying the correct WP energy right?

since i click on the top up at dragon saga cash shop, it pop a browser of warp portal, so i guess i can top up via warp portal. In the end i did get WP energy, but could not convert it to IM points.

If you created your game account through Steam, it might be the reason that you aren't allowed to convert WPE into IMP.

 

In order to use your WPE, create a new game account through this website, and add IMP to your fresh new account.

Hmm. That weird. I've gone ahead and forwarded it to the staff. In the meantime, open a ticket with support under billing support.
