Cannot Redeem Gift Box

My account has 3 Months premium, and i got a notification that i received a gift box. When I press redeem, it says no items to redeem? please help!

 

and also, its been 4 years since I last played ROSE. Many things have been changed, my accounts which are bounded by an Email that cannot be opened anymore because of security reasons. How can i change my email to my new one?

Just click the icon above the Gold coins, not 100% sure that the redeem button works anymore.

 

As for changing your email the support site can do that, login or make an account there first though.
