This wouldn't fix that. Are you using a proxy or VPN? if not, try that and see if you can connect then.

been doing this procedure and still " failed to connect to file  server "
 
can someone pls help?
 
it has been 1 month already that I cant connect.

hello!

 

since I reinstalled the game about 2 weeks ago I keep on getting the same problem. every day when I start the game I get the 'no client info' error.

I follow the steps of the Experimental patching process  ofJune 05 2016, restart the computer and then it works fine. however when I start up my computer the next day and try to start the game I get again the 'no client info" error. 

what can I do to fix this problem?
