The question at the title, my country is vietnam - Asia area next to China and one more thing, why i got freeze at this after i setup and run the launcher ? Some one help please

I realize that, and the staff doesn't have anything against you guys, the current server is only available for NA and you'll have to wait until they fix up EU for you guys.

I would recommend trying Thailand server if you live in Vietnam, not sure if they block Vietnam ppl tho.

Sorry I think the game is region blocked. You can try like what monkey said, play on the thailand servers or try using a vpn to access north american servers (although you'll probably experience immense lag)
