curious if a Shotgun with the Phreeoni card would help with the acc issue of Slug Shot?

The bigger issue is the horrendous cool down, cast time, and damage. It's decent damage, but not impressive consider other factors. Slug is also very heavy. I have better success going YOLO with heat barrel and down the MvP before gun overheat debuff.
